These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ABA Rank. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use ABA Rank for lawful purposes only. You agree not to scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial portions of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass, defame, or harm any person or organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Vendor-published content

When publishing a case study, outcome story, service description, or other vendor-controlled content on ABA Rank, the publisher represents and warrants that:

1. they have all rights necessary to publish the content;
2. the content does not contain any third party’s protected health information without that party’s written consent; and
3. they will indemnify ABA Rank for claims arising from their published content.

Reviewer-published content

When submitting a review, the reviewer represents that the content reflects their own experience and does not contain another individual’s protected health information without that individual’s written consent.

We may remove, redact, or refuse to publish content that violates these terms, our review guidelines, or applicable law.

Editorial independence

Rankings and editorial coverage are determined by our published methodology and are not for sale. Paid placements, when present, are clearly labeled.

Disclaimer

ABA Rank provides information about ABA providers and software for general informational purposes. We do not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice and make no warranties about the accuracy, suitability, or availability of listed providers. Your decisions about care or vendors are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABA Rank is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ABA Rank after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
