We collect information you provide directly — for example, when you create an account, claim a vendor profile, request a quote, submit a review, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, employer, and the content of messages or reviews you submit.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, and pages viewed. This data is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

Reviews and protected health information
ABA Rank is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Do not include another individual’s protected health information in a review without that individual’s written consent. We may redact or remove content that appears to disclose third-party PHI.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who operate the site on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments), with vendors when you submit a quote request or message intended for them, and when required by law.

ABA Rank is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
