§ Submission · FAQ

Submission, reviewed.

What we accept, how long review takes, and what happens after a submission lands in the moderation queue.

Who can suggest a new vendor?
Anyone can suggest a vendor — clinic owners, BCBAs, RBTs, parents researching providers, vendor employees, journalists, and the public. Submissions are reviewed by the ABA Rank editorial team against the same inclusion standards regardless of who submitted them. The submitter’s email is collected only so the team can ask follow-up questions; it is not published with the listing.
Is there a cost to suggest or be listed on ABA Rank?
No. Suggesting a vendor is free and a basic listing on ABA Rank is free. Vendors that want to control their own profile can claim it for free at the Claimed tier. Paid Verified ($400/yr) and Sponsor ($1,200/yr) tiers add benefits like an evidence review and capped sponsored placement, but they are not required to appear in the ranked directory.
What kinds of vendors does ABA Rank accept?
Three categories are eligible: ABA practices and clinics that deliver therapy directly, service providers that sell to ABA clinics (billing, staffing, supervision, parent training, RBT training, and similar), and software or tooling used by ABA clinics or BCBAs (practice management, session notes, scheduling, telehealth, and similar). Vendors must be operating, must serve the US ABA market, and must have a working public website.
What happens after I submit a vendor?
Submissions land in a moderation queue and are reviewed weekly. The editorial team checks that the vendor meets the inclusion criteria, deduplicates against existing profiles, classifies the primary category, and seeds the public profile from the public website. Approved vendors typically appear on the site within seven to ten days. The submitter receives an email when the listing is live.
How long does the review take?
Most submissions are reviewed within seven to ten days of submission. Review can take longer when the editorial team needs to verify a credential, confirm operational status, or follow up with the submitter on missing information. Submissions that clearly fall outside the inclusion criteria are declined within a few days with an explanation by email.
How do I claim a profile that is already on ABA Rank?
If the vendor is already listed, do not submit it again. Open the existing public profile and use the claim flow to verify ownership, edit content, and respond to incoming messages. The Suggest a vendor form is only for vendors that are not yet on the site. The form will detect a duplicate and link directly to the existing profile.
